Practice what you preach

In our daily job, we spend so much time helping everyone else, that we often forget about our own bodies, and our own mental health. I often think of my own mental health last at the end of the day, and there have been times throughout the last few years where I have gotten sick due to not taking care of myself. Take a minute and choose even 1 thing you would like to try:
